糸で巡る風景

シンガポール　マリーナベイ

今回は、Singaporeシンガポールの Marina Bayマリーナベイの風景を刺繡してみました。端にシンガポールの国旗をつけてみました。マリーナベイ・サンズなどの建物は難しくて、上手くできませんでした( ；∀；)マーライオンの刺繡は意外と上手に出来たかなと思います。マーライオンの髪の毛は、ロングアンドショートステッチという刺し方で、尾びれは、分かりやすい様に色を変え、巻きつけバックステッチという刺し方にしました。

An Elk with winter scenery, Canada

I embroidered an Elk. (or wapiti) is the second largest species within the deer family.I met an Elk when I visited the town of Banff in Canada.The contrast with the snowy scenery was beautiful and it felt like Christmas.

I Embroidered the Scenery of Tekapo,Tekapo is located on The South Island of New Zealand. New Zealand.It is a place with lots of New Zealand sheep, and there are also many trekking courses, so it was a pleasant place.The sheep were gathered together and it was so cute.

ニュージーランド　テカポ　善き羊飼いの教会

New Zealandニュージーランド　の南島に位置する町　Tekapoテカポの「善き羊飼いの教会」という小さな教会を刺繡してみました。丁度、夏のベストシーズンでルピナスがたくさん咲いてて、小さい教会とのコントラストがとても綺麗でした。⇦　こちらが、「善き羊飼いの教会」です。教会は、レンガ感をだすため細かく縫いました。空は、「ニュージーランド　テカポ」の作品同様、チェーンステッチという刺し方で縫いました。ルピナスは、フレンチノットステッチとフライステッチという刺し方を組み合わせて縫いました。

I embroidered Saint Basil’s Cathedral is located in Red Square of Moscow .It was fun to embroider it because it has a cute appearance！The colorful onion-shaped dome was especially fun to sew.

チリ　オソルノ山

Chileチリのロス・ラゴス州にある Osornoオソルノという火山を刺繡してみました。トドス・ロス・サントス湖という湖で、船に乗った時に見た眺めです。黄色い花がたくさん咲いていて綺麗でした。日本では、チリ富士と呼ばれているそうで、本当に富士山に似ていました！黄色い花は、バリオンステッチという刺し方で縫ってみました。それと、分かりにくいですが砂浜を細かく縫って表現しています。↓

カナダ　エルクと雪景色

今回は、Canadaカナダに生息しているシカ科のエルクを刺繍してみました！カナダのBanffバンフという町を訪れた際にエルクと出会いました。葉っぱを食べてて、とても可愛かったです！雪景色とのコントラストが綺麗でクリスマス感がありました。エルクの角と毛の色は、色んな色にしてみました。植物には、フェザーステッチやフライステッチという刺し方を使いました。毛並みは、ロングアンドショートステッチです。

フランス　シュノンソー城

今回は、Franceフランスのロワール地方にあるシュノンソー城（Château de Chenonceau）を刺繡しました！シェール川に建つ世界遺産の古城で、お城の前にお花が飾られてあって「一緒に刺繡したら可愛いだろうな～～」と思い、お花と一緒に刺繡してみました。お城の屋根は、シンプルにバックステッチという刺し方で、表現しました。

France, Chenonceau Castle

I embroidered Chenonceau Castle (Château de Chenonceau) which is located in France.　There were flowers displayed in front of The Castle, and I thought it would be cute to embroider them together, so I tried embroidering them together. Chenonceau Castle is a UNESCO World Heritage site located on the River Cher.
