An Elk with winter scenery, Canada

I embroidered an Elk. (or wapiti) is the second largest species within the deer family.I met an Elk when I visited the town of Banff in Canada.The contrast with the snowy scenery was beautiful and it felt like Christmas.

ニュージーランド　マウント・クック

今回は、New Zealandニュージーランドの南島、Mount Cookマウント クックの刺繍作品なのですが、実はこちらの作品は昔に妹と一緒に作っていた作品で、途中で放置してしまっていたので、少しアレンジして完成させました。大地の刺繡は妹がしてるんですが、チェーンステッチという刺し方で刺繡しています。

チリ　オソルノ山

Chileチリ のロス・ラゴス州にある Osornoオソルノ という火山を刺繡してみました。トドス・ロス・サントス湖という湖で、船に乗った時に見た眺めです。黄色い花がたくさん咲いていて綺麗でした。日本では、チリ富士と呼ばれているそうで、本当に富士山に似ていました！黄色い花は、バリオンステッチという刺し方で縫ってみました。それと、分かりにくいですが砂浜を細かく縫って表現しています。↓

ロシア　モスクワ　聖ワシリー大聖堂

今回は、Russiaロシア の首都Moscowモスクワ の クレムリンと赤の広場 (ユネスコ世界遺産)に立つ 聖ワシリー大聖堂 を刺繡しました。 ワシリー大聖堂はおとぎ話に出てきそうな可愛い外観なので、刺繡するのが楽しかったです。雲もつけてみました。特に、カラフルな玉ねぎ型ドームは縫うのが楽しかったです。玉ねぎ型ドームは、チェーンステッチや、フレンチノットステッチなどの刺し方を使って、作っていきました。

Chile, Osorno Volcano

I embroidered the Scenery of Osorno Volcano which is located on Todos Los Santos Lakes, Chile.I saw this view when I went on a boat at Lake Todos Los Santos.In Japan, it is called Chili Fuji, and it looks like Mt. Fuji! Many Yellow flowers were blooming.

I Embroidered the Scenery of Tekapo,Tekapo is located on The South Island of New Zealand. New Zealand.It is a place with lots of New Zealand sheep, and there are also many trekking courses, so it was a pleasant place.The sheep were gathered together and it was so cute.

シンガポール　マリーナベイ

今回は、Singaporeシンガポール の Marina Bayマリーナベイの風景を刺繡してみました。端にシンガポールの国旗をつけてみました。マリーナベイ・サンズなどの建物は難しくて、上手くできませんでした( ；∀；)マーライオンの刺繡は意外と上手に出来たかなと思います。マーライオンの髪の毛は、ロングアンドショートステッチという刺し方で、尾びれは、分かりやすい様に色を変え、巻きつけバックステッチという刺し方にしました。

New Zealandニュージーランドの北島にあるTekapoテカポという場所を刺繡してみました。ニュージーランドらしい羊が多い場所で、トレッキングコースもあって気持ちいい場所でした。羊さんが仲良く集まっていて、可愛かったです ↓羊さんや野原は、フレンチノットステッチという刺し方で縫っていきました。
